Thank you for your interest in using a Town of West Seneca facility! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

Please refer to the process below to submit a reservation request for the CCL. 

Our Facility's:
CCL Gym

  • Located in the Community Center across from the library 
  • Chairs and tables subject to Availability 
  • Available to rent from Sep 1-May 31 
  • Cannot request more than 30 days in advance 
CCL Small Conference room
  • Located in the Community Center across from the library  
  • Cannot request more 2 months in advance 
  • M-F 5pm-9pm Sat 8am-4pm 
CCL Large Conference room: booked through the libarary (716)674-2928


MYREC Rental Process
1. Customer Creates / Logs Into an Account

  • The resident or organization logs into their MyRec account.
  • If new, they must create a household account with:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Contact information

2. User Navigates to “Rentals” icon on home page

  • or click here
  • Available locations appear (ex: pavilions, fields, rooms, gyms).

3. User Selects the Facility

They choose:
  • Specific location (ex: CCL Gym)
  • Desired date
  • Start and end time
The system checks:
  • Availability
  • Minimum/maximum rental times
  • Blackout dates or restricted times.
5. User Completes Reservation Form
The renter must enter:
  • Event type
  • Expected attendance
  • Contact person
  • Special requests.

6. Request Submission

The request is submitted to staff first.
Staff review:
  • Capacity
  • Conflicts
Then staff:
  • Approve or deny
  • Call and email for approval and to take payment
  • Reservation is not confirmed until conformation email is sent.

7. Confirmation

Once approved and paid:
  • User receives a confirmation email
  • Reservation appears in their account
  • Staff can see it in the facility calendar
