Please refer to the process below to submit a reservation request for one of our pavilions. 

Pavilions are available to request starting March 1st and reservations run May 1-November 1. 

Our Facilities:
Veterans Park Pavilion: Located behind the playground and next to the splash pad; Fits up to 9 picnic tables
Kiwanis Pavilion at Veterans Park: Located next to the Lions Band shell; Fits up to 6 picnic tables
WS Soccer Complex Pavilion #1: Located near the front parking lot; Fits up to 2 picnic tables
WS Soccer Complex Pavilion #2: Located near the basketball courts; Fits up to 2 picnic tables
WS Soccer Complex Pavilion #3: Located near the back parking lot; Fits up to 2 picnic tables
Fireman's Pavilion #1: Located between the parking lot and restrooms; Fits up to 4 picnic tables
Fireman's Pavilion #2: Located between the playground and the sidewalk; Fits up to 4 picnic tables

MYREC Rental Process
1. Customer Creates / Logs Into an Account

  • The resident or organization logs into their MyRec account
  • If new, they must create a household account with:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Contact information

2. User Navigates to “Rentals” icon on home page

  • or click here
  • Available locations appear (ex: pavilions, fields, rooms, gyms)

3. User Selects the Facility

They choose:
  • Specific location (ex: Fireman's Pavilion #1)
  • Desired date
  • Start and end time
The system checks:
  • Availability
  • Minimum/maximum rental times
  • Blackout dates or restricted times
4. User Completes Reservation Form

The renter must enter:
  • Event type
  • Expected attendance
  • Contact person
  • Special requests

5. Request Submission

The request is submitted to staff first.
Staff review:
  • Capacity
  • Conflicts
Then staff:
  • Approve or deny
  • Call and email for approval and to take payment
  • Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received
We will hold reservations for 3 business days after the initial request is approved. If we do not receive payment within those 3 days, the hold on the time and date will be released. 

6. Confirmation

Once approved and paid:
  • User receives a confirmation email
  • Reservation appears in their account
  • Staff can see it in the facility calendar
