Reminder: West Seneca Youth & Recreation will close at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 23, 2021, and will not re-open until 9:00 AM on Monday, December 27, 2021, due to the holiday. West Seneca Youth & Recreation will close at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 30, 2021, and will not re-open until Monday, January 3, 2022, due to the holiday. Patrons must arrive by 4:30 PM on any business day.

The West Seneca Civic and Patriotic Committee will be hosting a Community Christmas Tree Lighting event on December 11, 2021. More information: https://www.facebook.com/Westsenecacommdays/?ref=page_internal

We will begin accepting Facility Use applications for 2022 Town of West Seneca facility use (Community Events, Road Races, Diamond Use, Field Use, etc...) on January 2. More information: http://www.westseneca.net/departments-and-services/town-facilities/facilities-usage#gsc.tab=0

The department office is open during its regular hours of operation Monday – Friday from 9:30 – 11:30 AM and 2:30 - 4:30 PM. We highly suggest that you call 716-674-6086 before you come to ensure we are not closed due to low staffing.

Clerk Typist, Part-Time: Requirements include being proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. The department office will remain under appointments being required for membership cards and walk in registration until this position is filled.
