Pickleball - Informal Senior Pickleball The Informal Senior Pickleball and Instruction (all ages) programs are run in partnership with Anna Marie Falkner. We appreciate Anna Marie's partnership with the West Seneca Recreation Department to offer these programs to our community. The West Seneca Senior Center is for individuals ages 50 and over. Senior programs will follow that guideline.
Family Pickleball hosted by West Seneca Youth & Recreation. Join us for Family Pickleball, where no registration is required; simply drop in with your family to play against other families in fun pickleball matches. Teams of four are mandatory for participation, and each team must include at least one child under the age of 18 and at least one adult (over the age of 18).

Pop Up in the Park - Tuesdays In the Courtyard Description: Recreation staff will offer games and arts and crafts programs. Activities vary by day. Supplies are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration: Registration is not required. This is a walk-up program. Recreation staff are not responsible for children attending. Children under 12 must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. Program Cancellation: The program does not run if there is a threat or during inclement weather, such as rain or heavy winds. The program does not run if there is a threat or is thunder/lightning. The program does not run if the grounds are too wet and unsafe to play. The program does not run if staff need to be reallocated to programs that require staffing. On-site staff will make decisions regarding the program, activities, weather, safety of the grounds, etc. Due to the last-minute nature (and possible delay, instead of cancel) of these possible cancellations, a notification post may not appear on our social media.

Summer Intro to Sports - Intro to Flag football AM This half-day summer youth sports program introduces grades 4–6 to a variety of sports in a fun, supportive environment. Summer Intro to Sports - Intro to Flag football PM This half-day summer youth sports program introduces grades 4–6 to a variety of sports in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will rotate through soccer, pickleball, baseball, basketball, and flag football while building fundamental skills, confidence, and teamwork at a pre-modified level. This is a relaxed program meant to teach kids the basics of a sport before they commit at a club or modified level. Pop Up in the Park - Soccer Complex Pop Up Description: Recreation staff will offer games and arts and crafts programs. Activities vary by day. Supplies are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration: Registration is not required. This is a walk-up program. Recreation staff are not responsible for children attending. Children under 12 must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. Program Cancellation: The program does not run if there is a threat or during inclement weather, such as rain or heavy winds. The program does not run if there is a threat or is thunder/lightning. The program does not run if the grounds are too wet and unsafe to play. The program does not run if staff need to be reallocated to programs that require staffing. On-site staff will make decisions regarding the program, activities, weather, safety of the grounds, etc. Due to the last-minute nature (and possible delay, instead of cancel) of these possible cancellations, a notification post may not appear on our social media.
